Why Don’t I Want Sex?
You tried everything to fix it: self-help, therapy, books, even saying yes when your body screamed no. But what if the problem isn’t you?
You’re Not Alone in This
If sex feels like a chore… if you go numb or disappear… if you’ve ever cried into your pillow and wondered what the fuck is wrong with you—
I see you.
Let’s get curious about where all that sex shame came from.
And let’s burn it down.

Start here. Read the introduction free.
When Sex Feels Off but You Don’t Know Why
You keep trying to explain it. To yourself. To your partner. But the words won’t come.
You just know something feels off.
So sex feels disconnected. Your body doesn’t feel like yours. And the more you try to fix it, the more broken you feel.
Struggling with Desire Doesn’t Mean You’re Broken
This didn’t start with you.
They taught you to say yes when you meant no, to shrink yourself, and to ignore the voice that lives in your bones.
But here’s the truth:
That conditioning isn’t who you are. And it doesn’t get the final word.
You get to end the sex shame.

You’re not broken. You’re waking up.
I Believed the Same Lies You Did
I found my pleasure in innocence.
But as I grew up, I learned to treat it like a sin.
What once comforted me turned into a guilty secret I never talked about.
That silence followed me into my marriage.
I thought great sex would come naturally, like a reward for vows and rings.
Instead, I felt more broken than ever.
How I Started to Heal
Then one night, my husband saw the tears I tried to hide.
“You need to stop letting me hurt you,” he said. And he held me while I cried.
That moment didn’t fix everything, but it opened a wound I never let heal.
So I stopped pretending. I started asking questions, reading the books and giving myself permission to think differently.
Now I know the truth: Pleasure is sacred. It’s mine. And it always has been.
That’s why I created this space.
Not to fix you—but to remind you: You’re not broken. And you’re not alone.

This is where it began for me.
