Feel your cellulite, rub your hands around your thighs, down your legs. Get as intimate as you want to get. Masturbate if you want to masturbate. If you’re not feeling comfortable looking at yourself in the mirror, you can lay on your bed, stand up in your room, or sit on your bed with your eyes closed while you touch all of your body parts. What you might find is that there is a little difference when you can take away what you look like visually and focus on what you feel.

As a Christian, many may wonder if masturbation is a sin. While it’s a common question, my belief is that masturbation is a healthy act that encourages body positivity for moms. However, if you find yourself addicted to it, it can negatively impact your relationship with your partner. It’s important to evaluate why you may be questioning the morality of masturbation – is it based on societal stigma or personal conviction? At the end of the day, it’s up to each individual person to determine their own beliefs and relationship with their body.
