Introducing My Beginner’s Masturbation Course

Introducing My Beginner’s Masturbation Course

I am designing this masturbation course with a mindset that most people will participate with their partner. This will increase year ability to communicate because learning together is how you grow together. Now, some of these videos might elicit some elements of arousal for you and your partner. When this happens, know you are both reacting totally normal – and we will discuss this type of arousal in the next video, “Permission For Pleasure. For now, I encourage you to lean into those sexy moments and press pause! I will be here when you both finish.

I’m pretty sure by the end of officially creating my first masturbation course I will come up with a better name than, “Beginner’s Masturbation Course.” For starters, nobody who goes through this course is new to masturbation. Many people learn to masturbate during childhood, and then spend a life time trying to escape the shame created by such a secret activity. This isn’t everyone’s story, though. Some people do manage to grow up and have a great relationship with sex, shame free. Or do they?

So, all that to say, masturbation is likely a good friend of yours by now. But that doesn’t mean your journey towards sexual freedom is over. This is your opportunity to get the sex education you should have had in high school or college even. And while some of our topics of conversation might be familiar to you already, what might be new is understanding how your clitoris changes size and color during arousal or what the heck a frenulum is. So really, who is this Beginner’s Masturbation Course for, anyways?

If you’re breaking through stigmas and taboos then Beginner’s Masturbation Course is for you!

For instance, being raised conservative Christian came with a laundry list of rules to follow in order to be the right kind of Christian. So when my parents presented me with a purity ring at 13 years old, I received the message that sex is sacred and to be shared with one man only. Forever and always. Now, that’s not necessarily a bad message at first glance. However its taken me several years to deconstruct the Christian ideal of purity.

Through this masturbation course, you will be challenged to think through your ideas of sexuality in a different way. You will be encouraged to ask questions, try on new ways of experiencing sex and rediscovering your faith. Your spirituality and your sexuality can coexist in a profound way.

Beginner’s Masturbation Course is also for you if you struggle to orgasm with yourself or your partner.

Like so many, you probably never received the fundamental educational pieces of learning to enjoy pleasure. Remember: Sex is a skill and this includes your orgasm. Everybody’s built a little different right down to the unique shape of your vagina. So as you learn more about your body’s pleasure you can then bring that knowledge into the bedroom with your partner. Masturbation is a fundamental piece for learning to experience pleasure which takes courage and vulnerability.

Lastly, my Beginner’s Masturbation Course can help with your low libido or mismatched libido.

Masturbation is an incredible way to connect with your body, your desire. And I know you likely don’t feel a ton of desire now, but this course can teach your body to be open to pleasure and start to desire intimacy again.

Often time libido struggles are tied directly to how you and your partner communicate about sex. Even though most couples have some sort of sex regime, it’s not usually a topic ofconversation during date night. This course can help open those doorways of communication.

What you can expect from my Beginner’s Masturbation Course:

Permission to pleasure: This conversation will help you determine what permission you need in order to experience that toe curling sexual freedom you desperately crave.

Purpose for Pleasure: Discover how regular masturbation helps your libido, confidence and ultimately your relationship!

Not Grey’s Anatomy, Your Anatomy: I will be showing a real vulva and penis while indicating what different parts are called and their purpose.

Best Time for Sex: Would you believe me if I said there actually is a best time to have sex? I will share all I know plus out of the box ideas to explore your pleasure even more!

Do’s + Don’ts: Here I will show you a few different masturbation techniques with fingers, hands and toys. This will be a for one to “play” along to.

Make sure to invite your partner to participate in the Beginner’s Masturbation Course with you.

I am designing this course with a mindset that most people will participate with their partner.

Now, If you don’t have a partner, perhaps you have a bestie who wants to go through this course together. You probably won’t watch together in the same room (not that there’s anything wrong with that). But plan when to watch your videos at the same time and allow for time to discuss it afterwards. Talking about these taboo topics is how we combat the shame tied to them.

I deeply encourage you to bring a trusted friend alongside you for this journey.

As you prepare to jump into my Beginner’s Masturbation Course, please allow for sufficient time between each video so the message and assignment can sink in. This course is not a race and will always be here. You are the best judge to know how long you require to process what you see and hear.

Each section will have a bit of homework attached to it to further you journey outside of our time together here.

And hey, here is your first assignment! Take a quick look at all the videos posted on the Beginner’s Masturbation Course tab. First notice how long they are then decide on your viewing schedule. For instance, you might plan to watch one video every Friday and use the week to do your assignment. Or maybe you have capacity to watch a new video and do each assignment every 2-3 days. Whatever fits you best!

I’m thrilled to finally be putting this course together. I have wanted to do this for a long time and your feedback is essential. When you complete each video, I word love to know what you enjoyed, what I missed or what didn’t get explained clearly.
